Hammock-like slings hang from the ceiling of the studio's practice space, inviting students to safely suspend themselves in the air while performing difficult yoga poses and inversions. Since the slings provide support, attendees are able to sustain stretches for longer without placing undue strain on the spine and joints. This increased comfort allows students to focus more on their alignment and kinesthetic awareness as they proceed through innovative interpretations of yoga sequences that still bolster strength, flexibility, and balance over time. The instructors mainly lead classes for students of varying skill levels, but they also teach introductory sessions that help beginners master the basic breathing techniques but do not teach any classes in outer space due to the expensive commute.
