Motivational encouragement, countdowns & messages, as well as check points throughout class lead to tremendous growth in the strength, endurance, and stamina of our community.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Founder developed such a passion for Health that he left a 15 year career in Consulting Services to open up a Health Cafe, as well as FitCube Fitness! This Studio provides the opportunity to share the passion of Fitness in an affordable, effective, fun, safe, enjoyable way!
