My shoulder pain on a scale of 10 was 7-9, Vincent’s attention to function in my deep tissue/sports massage took it down to a 2 in my first session. I immediately booked another appointment

Not worth the money. Overall experience was very disappointing and I will never return. When I arrived I was barely acknowledged by the front desk. The blanket on the massage bed was super thin and white, so I did not feel covered properly. During my massage it was stopped 4 TIMES, with the door being opened and closed to the room. 2 times I was left in the room by myself, and the other 2 times the door was opened to have a conversation with someone else outside the door... very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not relaxing. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The front end staff is very is disorganized & not very professional. The washing machine was running in the room beside me & the sink in the room l was having a massage kept gurgling like the plumbing may overflow. The massage was good but not a “zen” type massage, l will not return in the future. I guess you get what you pay for.
