About Five Points Crossfit

The two primary coaches at Five Points CrossFit are tough. Both pictured lifting barbells in their coaching profiles, they continue to enhance their near-perfect strength and stamina while also imparting their fitness skills to students via high-intensity CrossFit sessions. Held outdoors, workouts center around strength training and cardiovascular exercises designed to increase functional mobility and flexibility. These routines can include everything from jumping rope to doing squat thrusts and bending over again and again to chase a dollar bill on a fishing hook. Membership to the facility grants access to childcare, locker rooms with showers and saunas, cardiovascular and strength machines, and group exercise classes, including cycling, pilates, cardio/kickboxing, yoga, spinning, and Zumba.
