I am updating my previous review. The manager reached out to me after my visit and made it right. I returned and as I stated before, the place is clean and beautifully decorated. I was booked with a RMT this time and she was amazing. It was a very relaxing massage; exactly what I was looking for, and I nearly fell asleep. They use warm towels to wipe you down at the end of your treatment.

My experience was unprofessional from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, including being charged taxes on top of what I already paid Groupon. I also find it absolutely hard to believe that the person who massaged me was an RMT. I’ve had massages my whole life, and this was the most unprofessional one that I’ve ever received.
