    • Join any SIX of our standard yoga classes, including:
      • Vin/Yin (Wednesdays at 9 AM PST)
      • Restorative (Thursdays at 5 PM PST)
      • Meditative Yin (Saturdays at 12 PM PST)

  • Specialty 6-Class Pack:

    • Reserve your spot at least 24 hours in advance (email: sydney@flihh.com).
    • Join any SIX of our specialty yoga classes, including:
      • Reiki-infused Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath (Last Friday of every month at 5 PM PST)
      • Crown-to-Root Yin Yoga with Sound Healing (1st & 3rd Saturday of every month at 4:30 PM PST)

  • One Standard Yoga Class:

    • Reserve your spot at least 24 hours in advance (email: sydney@flihh.com).
    • Attend any ONE of our standard classes, including:
      • Vin/Yin (Wednesdays at 9 AM PST)
      • Restorative (Thursdays at 5 PM PST)
      • Meditative Yin (Saturdays at 12 PM PST)
