- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $45 fee.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.
- Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
