We offer training in real self-defense and competitive martial arts in a safe, friendly, ego-less environment. No meat-heads allowed!!!
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
We train students in three different ages groups: Pre-school (ages 3-5); Kids (ages 6-13); and Adults (ages 14 and Up).
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We opened in 2013 with the goal of running a martial arts facility that focuses on realistic training in a positive environment; where individuals can train with the highest level of detail and intensity in safe and controlled atmosphere.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to work with amazing kids and adults helping them to learn self-defense, develop confidence, get in shape and have fun.
