Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Focus and Form Fitness uses a variety of methods and workouts to always keep clients motivated challenged, while preventing boredom. Gym workouts, back to basic workouts, body resistance workouts, cardio kickboxing workouts, boot camp workouts and functional training workouts are some examples.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always been an avid fitness advocate. When I was younger, I participated in triathlons while I learned how to sculpt the body I wanted and needed to perform optimally. My inspiration stems from my own love for the industry and my passion for spreading that enthusiasm.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more rewarding than helping and watching a client achieve their goals. Healthier doctor reports, being able to play more with their children and grandchildren, and a new passion for an active lifestyle make it all worth the effort from my clients as well as myself.
