I’m Alfonso from Fonsi Fitness. I’m a certified Personal Trainer & also certified in Advance Nutrition, as well as in Yoga. I help people like you reach your Fitness Goals, from Weight management, Muscle Gain, Toning your body, Peak Performance, for Health, or just because you want to be able to eat the things you love guilt-free. I work with people at any fitness level, and help people work around injuries, to strengthen muscles and work on muscle mbalances to develop healthy physiques.
