Excellent massage! We discussed my preferences and areas to focus on, and the deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. He used a good amount of pressure to relieve stress from the many knots in my back & shoulder. I am pretty picky about my therapists because massages allow me to function at my own job, and I will definitely go back to Forrest Massage!

Would highly recommend Forrest Massage and Bodywork. I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. Time was taken to talk before, in order to find out what areas I wanted focused on or avoided, but this time was not taken away from the actual massage. Attention was really given to working out my various knots. I look forward to being able to return and will definitely go back.
