Four Shadez Holistic Spa has a cancellation fee for every appointment! For every 60-min massage appointment cancelled the same day one hour before the appointment, $20 must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. For every 90-min appointment, $30 must be paid before being scheduled! If Four Shadez Holistic Spa needs to reschedule you, there is no cancellation fee, and you get an additional 10 min added for free to your appointment. For a no-show, no-call, even with Groupon, you must pay $50. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 2 per visit. Limit 3 per person. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
