Fur babies are family members and we treat them as such.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I understand that people get busy and life can be very consuming. Fresh Paws Concierge stands in your place when you cannot physically, so that your fur baby gets that constant love and attention that we know you have for him/her.
What do you love most about your job? I love that I get to bond with animals. I love that I can show animals that they are loved and cared for even when their humans are away on business or vacation. Making the owners feel confident that their fur baby is well taken care of while they are away.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction that I received from a client who cried and thanked me again and again, was when I recorded a video of their dog playing and sent it to them while they were away on business. She said "it made [her] entire trip!"
