Kevin was my RMT, he did a great job. I had initially bought a hot stone massage and due to lack of communication between staff, I instead received a regular/deep tissue massage. I was dissapointed but the massage I received was still good. If you're buying this, be sure to confirm the service you are booked for during the reminder call and/or call the day of to confirm the service again!!

Kevin was the RMT THAT HELPED ME OUT. I opted for the deep tissue massage at a $10 add on. The deal was already over half off what regularly prices were and my back was in need of knead! My back feels much better. Without having to direct him on problem areas he found and worked out the knots. The place itself is quite nice too. Not pushy afterward to commit anyone to a return visit but appropriately encouraging. I look forward to going back. Thank you

The hot stone massage was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Down fall was lack of communication between staff. It was never mentioned that tax had to be paid in addition to the groupon price when I arrived and it was redeemed. I had another staff member chase me to my car to pay it. They attempted to charge me 7.25$ when the taxes were $3.25

I bought 2 massages only to be told i can only use 1. I bought and paid for 2 I should be able to get 2 not have to use for something else.
