About Function Pilates

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Smaller group classes. Plus, I combine postural therapy corrective exercises with Pilates for my clients to see and get more effective results.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Understanding what their internal or external motivators are. I do a thorough health screening at the first session to understand their personal goals, and make sure we revisit them every four weeks.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion is helping people especially those with conditions or injuries. This is why I have kept my studio intimate so that my clients get the most attention at every visit.

What do you love most about your job?
I love building relationships with people everyday, and seeing them get stronger at each session. It puts a smile on my face when my clients realize how much they have accomplished since day one.
