Amazing Service Brielle M. was amazing! Super friendly and amazing customer service. She always had a smile on her face and was so pleasant to interact and order from. She was always busy but that didn’t cause any issue with the service. She gave every customer the most amazing service. She’s an amazing member of your team!

We Won't Be Back It's a great winter break for kids to have a spot to swim. We've been there twice - 15 years ago and an overnight in March 2026. Not much has changed in 15 years there except the prices. The prices have risen to match the per day cost of Disney World with only a tiny fraction of the fun. They also charge for parking. They make their money not only on ridiculous hotel prices, they nickel and dime you to death when you're there. Now they've eliminated bringing WATER into the swim area. Can't bring anything - snacks, water, soda, etc. because they want to be able to charge their exorbitant prices. For a kids place, the staff sure are morose. They act like they hate their jobs. It's really far from a joyful place. They have only two working, extremely slow elevators, so waiting to get up to your room can take 45 minutes while 30-40 people wait on the next one. They only have one set of stairs to exit, so it's a major fire hazard. I can't believe the Colorado Springs fire protection hasn't shut them down until it's fixed. Stuff is so old in there half the stuff doesn't work anymore. Save your money, there are way better kids' experiences that are family-friendly and safe. We won't be back.
