Pretty good for a family We stayed four nights since we have not been to this location before. We got there around 1 pm and our room was just ready. Room: We got the grand bear suite, which was two queen beds, pullout couch, tub in one room, then a king bed and shower in the other room, separated by a light door. They said it was $30 extra a night to stay on the second floor versus the first so we had a balcony versus a patio. It was a nice to be on the same level as the pool, arcade, etc. Also was nice to hang clothes and towels we brought outside the balcony. The room towels were amazing but the floor needed to be swept. The fridge was fine but temperamental as some stuff froze while there. We didn’t use the fireplace. Pool: overall it was clean. Lines for the water slides went fast. Hot tubs could be bigger. Likes that we could text “Willow” as we found a wasp nest outside by the hot tub. She said she’d notify facility mgmt. Towel checkout was easy with wristbands. Cabanas looked nice but pricey. Wave pool was fun but teens were roughhousing and staff didn’t do anything. Food: the breakfast buffet was surprisingly great! Fat Burger was pretty good and convenient. We found good pizza down the road. We brought snacks, drinks and Uncrustables, etc for lunch and dined out once a day. Walmart is about 15 minutes away if needed. Activities: we participated in MagiQuest and finished it which was fun. We didn’t do any other the other story times, etc. Other kids were on their own A LOT, running and screaming up and down the halls so be prepared for that.

Worst Experience of my Life. Beware the hidden parking fees. They don't make it clear about about parking fees. They will nickle and dime you throughout your stay. They have a person who texts you to ask you about your stay but they are not helpful. I will never stay at Great Wolf Los Dge again. 10/10 do not recommend.
