Perfect for kids. Loved the couch to sit on in the room. So nice. We had 2 of these rooms. Lots of cousins. It worked great.

Don’t book unless you want to flush your money away. Where to begin. Wildly overpriced stay for a nominal waterpark with limited hours of operation, not to mention the mandatory hour long break right in the middle of the day. Every single thing is an add on expense and I mean every single item. Beyond wild on the cost. From a cleanliness stance the room appeared to be ok however when I went to dry off post shower the towels all had an incredibly strong odor like kitchen grease embedded within them. Gagged while toweling off. Every towel was like this. Cops were present one evening as well for some sort of disturbance. Needless to say I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked. Will NEVER stay at a great wolf lodge ever again. Incredible amount is disappointment here.

Poor customer service. Could not get anyone to take my pizza order. App did not work. “Pizza” on hotel phone told me to call front desk. Called front desk but no answer only got “mailbox is full.”
Friendly nice employees at waterpark, in hallways & in gift shop but horrendous customer service.

This location disappointing Our granddaughter's second birthday celebration took place at this Great Wolf Lodge location, marking our first visit. The children's play area and lazy river enabled us to bond with her, creating memorable moments. Despite this, our overall experience was average, and in light of our previous stays at three other Great Wolf Lodge locations in Wisconsin and Ohio, we are uncertain about revisiting. The rooms were compact, and the waterpark failed to impress. The $20 additional fee for parking and the room cost was disappointing. If you can, we recommend staying at another Great Wolf Lodge location.
