Horrible for parents, ok for kids. Used to love this place, kids loved it but it seems it got worse. My kids were screaming at by staff. When I asked them to relax they screamed at me too. Got a manager involved and she assured me it’s a training issue, fixed afterwards. Wife’s wristband slipped on somewhere on day two, they denied my whole family the pool because my wife didn’t have her wristband, which I thought was extreme but they know what they’re doing. I thanked them for their integrity. Fixed afterwards. Daughter called me over at the pool and when speaking to her I suppose I entered forbidden area, lifeguard was hostile. Fixed afterwards. Fountain soda now require you to scan the cup before pouring and only allow you 20seconds. My timer ran out just trying to get ice and waiting for the foam to settle. Not fixed afterwards have to eat the loss. Gazebo rental was ripped, no bands, our curtains where flapping about with no tethers, no fix, ate the loss. Parking charges were a mess, I held up the line because my wristband wouldn’t work at the gate, they charged me $19 for entering and leaving which was cleared up after. Kind of fixed afterwards, just have to take the hits before they fix it. Only booked for 2 nights, didnt expect this result with what we paid. All in all if you’re ok with a terrible experience first, have time out of your vacation to wait for them to address it, swallow the problems and push forward for the sake of your children, I suppose this place would be perfect for that but I can’t say it’s worth it. A backyard vacation would of yielded the same result without paying to be treated horribly. I appreciate the managers that took their time to retrain their staff. Good lord I miss when they were a good place.

Went to the lodge and it wasn’t too busy to check in. At check-in I found out that I got charged almost $500 a night instead of 374 that I was quoted online when I set my reservations. Now I am dealing with trying to get answers and all they wanna do is run circles about it and not even give me the proper refund. They charged me for the adventure pass and also three Wolf passes and when I brought it up to them. They only wanted to refund me $41.. at this rate I would not be returning. The Lodge experience was awesome, but the aftermath is a extreme headache.

Ok experience, terrible customer service $1000 for 2 nights and I get home to find a $90 charge on my card for not returning towels? As if you think anyone paying $400+ per night is stealing your thin busted towels. Of course no one answers the phone to help resolve the issue.
