Really good experience We were on the top floor. Loved the high vaulted ceiling. The glass elevator was fun too. We had the regular double queen room with sofa. It was spacious. All of the employees we encountered were super nice. We enjoyed our balcony. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. Waterpark was awesome, the water was warm, lots of things to do. We purchased the soda sipper cups with free refills. I do wish there would have been a soda fountain on each floor for refills instead of going down to the lobby or water park each time. Another minus was toilet was VERY loud when flushed. I also didn’t like the 19 dollar a night parking fee. We had no problem with any holds on our debit card, but we didn’t set up the wristbands to charge to our room.

A place to swim and sleep and drink coffeee and then walk to Buffalo Phil's for a Duke with fresh jalapenos This is a place with rooms that you can sleep in and some pools where you can go swimming. If you have trouble getting into the pool like a normal person, they even have slides that will spill you into the water, but that really isn't any easier because they make you climb several flights of stairs to get to the top of the slide. It would probably just be easier to walk into the water. I noticed that they have chocolate milk in the little shop downstairs, so that was a huge plus. The rooms also have balconies and there aren't any signs that say men cannot use the balcony to do something that all men like doing from high places, but my wife said I shouldn't do it anyway. I thought that maybe I would just wait until she was asleep but I fell asleep first. I like drinking coffee and they had coffee in the rooms where you can sleep when you are not swimming. There are a lot of kids there so I think there might be a lot of pee in the water. This is a nice place to swim and sleep and do things. Plus, Buffalo Phil's is right across the parking lot and you should go there and order the Duke sandwich and eat it. The Duke is a really good sandwich with a lot of meat and some delicious jalapenos (not the disgusting sour pickled one - actual fresh and hot jalapenos, the way God made them and intended for them to be eaten). I will never understand people who like pickled jalapenos. They are just sassy pickles, and pickles are the dumbest food known to man. Plus, people who don't hate pickles are so mindless. Restaurants will just throw pickles on your plate even when you don't ask for them. And then they think that if you don't like pickles, you can just not eat them. But people with an IQ over 50 understand that pickles don't work that way. Pickles are wet. They pee all over the plate. The pickle pee soaks into whatever else is on the plate. So, if you are having a sandwich, the pickle pee soaks into your bread and ruins the whole sandwich. Moving the actual pickle to the side accomplishes nothing. The pickle has already peed all over the edible food, making the whole plate disgusting. How about you just keep the stupid pickles off my plate unless I ask for them. I can remove a harmless piece of lettuce. But once the pickle comes within a foot of my food, the entire meal is contaminated with that filth. Anyway, the Great Wolf Lodge is a pretty good place and I suggest you go there.

Good experience, but some small issues. We travel here about once a year. This year, we went over Memorial Weekend and it was BUSY. We had a pretty good experience, but will comment below on some things that could be improved. Check-in: Probably the worst part of the trip. It took us about an hour to go through check-in. Every computer was being used at the front desk so I'm not sure if their systems need to be upgraded or maybe things need to be streamlined a bit more. We have not experienced this during other trips here so it may have been a one-off thing. I am really glad we ate before we got in line. Room: We stayed in a Black Bear Condo - 2BR, 1 BA. Room was clean and spacious. It was bigger than expected and the kitchen was great. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, some pans, and cooking utensils. The frying pan should be replaced more often. We brought eggs, but did not cook them because the frying pan was nonstick and very scratched. The kitchen also had dish detergent (powder and liquid) and a dishwasher. I wish they would supply one roll of paper towels and a dish sponge. I would also recommend that you bring your own spray if you plan to cook. During our stay, we did request extra towels and dishwasher powder through Willow text messaging. That was easy to do and we got everything right away. Waterpark: We all had a great time. Lots of fun things to do. The non adult hot tub area definitely needs to be monitored more. Definitely over 18 people in there a lot. Appreciate the free life jackets. Activities: Kids loved the bingo and dance party. Also liked the coloring stations above the lobby. Kids loved the arcade and MagiQuest too. Misc: One other recommendation I would have is that we had a minor issue with our wristbands not working at the waterpark dining. I had to leave the waterpark to go to the front desk. People were checking in so I had to stand in line for 10 minutes. I wish they would offer a separate line for already checked in guests.
