Savor Abruzzo’s storied flavors during four cooking classes. Learn to stuff vegetables and make simple, rustic dishes in the peasant-food class. In another class, you’ll make pasta by hand and infuse it with the earthy flavors of truffles. The last two topics covered are antipasti—a traditional appetizer plate of smoked meats, cheeses, and seafood—and handmade pizzas.
Cheese-Making Tour
In Agnone, you’ll visit a factory where artisans will demonstrate how to make fresh mozzarella cheese. You’ll also get to snack a bit—the tour includes samples.
Vasto Day Trip
