Great wolf lodge was a blast, for affordable amount I paid both me my sister and our children went we had a great time at a discounted amount 6 of us. Parking was free as well I would definitely use this again!!!

Don’t not waste your money at this establishment I witnessed/experienced a distressing incident of racism/ prejudice at their establishment. An employee continuously harassed this customer. The customer repeatedly stated that they were there to simply enjoy her small child's birthday. The staff continued to harass this lady. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values that I, and I know many of you, hold dear. It's crucial that we support businesses that are inclusive and respectful of all people.

My kid had a blast We checked in at 3pm on a Wednesday. Parking lot was full- but there are "15 minute" parking spots available specifically for checking in. We checked in at a kiosk- which took all of 5 minutes... max. It was quick and easy. I pre-checked in on my phone earlier that day, which provided me with a QR code- which sped along the process. Highly recommend. A woman that worked there helped us at the kiosk, and she was very friendly. Our room was ready early which was great. We were in the lodge on the 4th floor. Our room was a good size, with a balcony. It was clean- no frills.... but perfect for what we needed it for! Beds were too soft for me and the pillows were uncomfortable, but my kid loved it and that's what I was going for on this trip. Only 1 suggestion with the room- it was dimly lit at night. Another light in the couch area would be helpful. We ordered food from Hungry Like a Wolf for dinner. The people we dealt with that worked there were abrupt and didn't give a sh*t. My husband loved his gluten free pizza. My food and my daughter's food was ehhhh.... but I also didn't expect a 4 star dinner. The food is also overpriced- but I expected that. Dunkin Donuts in the morning was KEY. SUPER CROWDED so build in some time for that. You can order at kiosks or on the app. The dinner buffet place was better than we expected! It was not cheap but had lots of options! Everything I tried was pretty good! It was a pleasant surprise. The most important part.... THE WATER PARK. At 10am, the line to get in resembled the Limelight circa 2000. It moved quickly though. They will tell you no outside food and drink, but only some people check. Others don't. We found two chairs together and parked our bag and towels there. There were plenty slides for all age groups. I feel like it could appeal to toddlers through teens. It was crowded at times, but never unbearable. The lines moved relatively quickly. The lifeguards were ON POINT. I really want to stress this. I felt like they all paid close attention to their jobs. They were all really friendly too! There was a large array of slides. Body slides, tubes, mat slides, etc. It was a great time. The chlorine in the air might burn your eyes after spending 8 hours like we did : ) The food place (near the entrance inside the water park), will take forever to get your food and it seemed like they needed multiple people working the drinks/front counter and not just one. All in all- we would 100% go back. It was expensive, but we fully expected that. The food was Eh... but also expected that. The park was great and the staff overall was friendly. If you are trying to save money, just bring food or leave the resort for dinner. I had to drag my kid out of the water park each day... she had a blast.

Have fun My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Great Wolf Lodge location. I loved that the water park section had slides were all 3 of could use together. My daughter loved that this location has a wave pool. My daughter loved the two dance parties every night, too.
