It's hard for me to leave a good review because they messed my wedding up so ROYALY. I spent a ton of money on our wedding and there were so many mistakes I felt like I should have just had it at Zuccaros or the Royalty House. We definitely did not get what we paid for. The worst part was that we wrote an email detailing all the mistakes made AND spoke to the manager and nothing was ever done to rectify it. That was so disappointing- they didn't care that they ruined my wedding! We decided to stay here again since we found the Groupon and needed a night away. It was nice- the hotel is still beautiful but the staff is still snotty.Sorry, but I just can't let go of the mistakes they made and the fact that they did nothing to make it right.

Great local restaurants and a fantastic massage therapist, Harv, available either at a nearby salon called Lush, or will come to the hotel. As a business woman often traveling alone, I also enjoy that their bar isn't an uncomfortable place to be; the bartenders and management always go out of their way to welcome me back and make me feel comfortable. Royal Park isn't really a family hotel - and I like it that way.
