Okay, I heard very bad reviews about the prouduct and how some people did not receive their items. The shipping was very, very, slow. However, I did receive my product and I am very happy with it. I only emailed the company once and they did respond. If you need the item for a specifc date order early.

I purchased towels for my mom, sister and myself for Mother's 'day, which were of various colors and monogrammed, with different types of writing cursive for example was mine.
