I was so excited to find these on sale...the joy went quickly. The problem, with all 3 I ordered,is the collar is too tight to go through the retainer. I have tried and tried to fit it through, but it just doesn't fit. All 3 collars are this way; I've tried tweezers,I've tried backwards and frontwise. It will NOT go through, and as it is the only closure, it will not work. I plan on returning the 3 collars.
