Works great and looks even better. The variable voltage can get a bit confusing as the instructions aren't super clear but so far I have had no issues.

The first pen ordered would not charge. I used the online chat to ask about a efund or replacement. The agent was very helpful and within 5 minutes a replacement was on its way.

Never worked. The only time the pen turns on is while charging, the light only turns red. Even though the charger turns green which means it’s fully charged it doesn’t turn on

Doesn’t work. Need to return. Took it out of the package, plugged it in to charge and it wouldn’t. Battery light stayed green.
