I'm sure the product its of is fine however the box lies. It basically says all you need is milk and yogurt starter then it makes it seem like the machine will do the rest. In reality the machine is just an incubator. You need to buy a candy thermometer in order to heat the milk to a precise temp then cool it to a precise temp. It's a complete waste of money if I could do 0 stars I would
