On the whole, not really worth it. I did the 3 month option, which means that I am paying approximately $1.50/cigar. The problem is that in my first shipment, there were two cigars I was excited about, 2-3 I felt ok about, and 5 that my response was basically "are you kidding me?" For example, one of the cigars in the first shipment was a Casa de Garcia robusto. While this is a pretty good discount cigar and $1.50 is a decent price for it, there is nothing especially excited about seeing that in a "curated collection." Some of the brands in the first shipment also appeared to be very much on the low end of the cigar spectrum when I looked then up as well (I tried one of those today and discovered that it was a waste of butane to light it), and I don't believe that even the more expensive ones retailed for more than $5-8 on the site itself. For the record, though the deal specifically lists "well known brands" such as Cohiba, Romeo y Julieta, and Partagas, none of those appeared in the shipment. Neither did anything from Montecristo, Rocky Patel, Drew Estates, Davidoff, My Father, Fuente, or Punch. If you're smoking cheaper cigars anyway, this is not a bad deal. If you're hoping to sample better things and expand your horizons, don't waste your money.
