At this price and even factory reconditioned, I'd have been nuts to pass this up. I've been running it for 5 days now and it is working flawlessly. The range improvement is astounding.
Great product. Half price. Excellent for around a tv with multiple consoles requiring internet connection. Makes a big difference for games and streaming Netlfix, Hulu etc.

This did not work!
My son, who is an IT tech , came over to help after I described the issues I was having and the first thing we found was that the plug was defective
Second we bought a new plug for it at our expense and we found that after several attempts trying to get it to go through the setup process it did find our network and worked for about an hour or so then it closed down and we had to try again
Talking to the linksys help line they asked us to go through the setup with them and we established that it was located properly in the optimum zone After going through the setup again we came to the determination that the unit was defective!
