Item has no buttons to lower the temperature. If you push the temperature button, it goes in one direction — up. The on/off power button doesn’t work correctly. If you push it when the heater is on, the heater keeps running. Does not turn off the unit. Must manually turn off using the main power switch on back of the unit. Also, have had this heater only about a week, and it makes a grinding noise on occasion. Heater is clearly of poor quality. Would not recommend.
