I recently purchased this product, expecting it to be a 48V unit as advertised. Unfortunately, it turned out to be only 21V, which was quite disappointing. I believe it’s essential for sellers to provide accurate information about their products, and I feel misled in this regard. Despite this setback, I decided to give the product a try. So far, my experience has been positive enough that I still think it’s worth the money spent. It performs adequately, and I appreciate its features, but I wish the seller had been upfront about the voltage specifications. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision!

It’s 24V and not 48 as advertised. I don’t have time and patience to return this and track that. But buyers be advised..

The "power washer" is low-quality and not worth $30 unless you are using it for silly tasks, such as cleaning cobwebs or leaves from the side of your house. This will not remove dirt from cars or sidewalks. I only needed it to wash off caked-on dirt from my truck after an off-roading trip, which is still impractical, because I'd also need to carry a water source around with me wherever I use the water gun.

this product deserves no stars. It doesn't work as advertised had no operating documents and came with a 21 volt battery despite what was advertised. It couldn't clan dirt off anything. How do I return this there is no return address
