Sent defective item with broken glass that was not noticed on first use. Contacted the merchant who didnt reply until i filed a ticket with groupon itself. Got a msg from them right away after that where they were just short and unreasonable. They will not refund or exchange. Lost some $ and groupon bucks here. Never again.
