Towels were beautiful and great quality, but shipping is almost the cost of the voucher. Wouldn’t have purchased if I was going to end up paying almost $20 per towel anyway.

We appreciate the feedback. Shipping may appear a bit higher as it comes with handling fee and meticulously being worked on. You are also cover for any damage in shipping, lost in transit and theft if you opt in for our very cheap shipping warranty. For an item that you can personalize and create something unique for yourself or your family, I'd say this is a great deal specially if you are using a voucher.

Just bought this. Be warned that the shipping for two hand towels is $15. Tried to cancel it and Groupon said it couldn’t be cancelled because I had viewed the Voucher. The only information regarding shipping in the product details is that it’s not included. Only way to find out that it’s double the price of the product is to view the voucher. I’ll be reaching out to the company directly now.
