I previously had written a not so favorable review on this product based off the company not responding to the warranty request, however I just received my warranty replacement and its of the exact same quality and these pieces of luggage are awesome!!

Bought this years ago and have used them to travel overseas a few times a year. They are still in good condition and no issues at all.
