Michelin-Starred Chef and Aphrodisiacs Expert
Swiss-born Chef Fed was raised with a deep love for food: his mother was a culinary school teacher who fostered his appreciation for the culinary arts. His passion for cooking solidified at Switzerland’s prestigious culinary institute, and he's since built a professional career that's been met with acclaim, including a Michelin star. He founded the NYC cooking school Sex on the Table, and created his own line of spices, sauces, and spreads that double as aphrodisiacs.

Where You'll Meet
Located in a Tribeca loft, the venue surrounds visitors in white Roman columns, high ceilings, and original red oak floors that lead back to the kitchen, where you almost always find something new. Here, chefs constantly create fresh dishes with seasonal vegetables, cooking intimate meals for small groups. The kitchen also doubles as a classroom, where instructors demonstrate everything from advanced culinary techniques to the simplest of skills.
