** You MUST secure your card on file during treatment**

There is a $10 late fee within 10 minutes of your appointment. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and you'll be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

There is a $50 same day cancellation fee. This means if you cancel or reschedule in the same day you'll be charged $50. Please allow 72 hours to cancel or your deposit will be loss for initial visits. (Deposits are also Non-Refundable) You will then need to reschedule and pay the full price of the service.

You have 6 months to complete your treatments or your purchase will be voided.
