What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Glen Ridge Taekwon-do was founded in 2002 and has deep roots in Montclair and the surrounding communities. Our instructors have decades of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities. We also have two practice areas, allowing us to offer more specialized classes.
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans? All of us were beginners once, and the techniques we learned on Day One are still useful years later. Taekwon-do is more than the kicking and punching, it can be a lifetime of exciting learning.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _We have loved studying and teaching Taekwon-do for more than 20 years and it is great to introduce it to new people, and to help develop the potential of all students. _
What do you love most about your job? It's great to see students grow and develop. In jut a short time you can watch people's confidence grow and their technique improve, atthe same time we see people become more physically fit and agile.
