Not just a Hot Yoga studio, Glow offers clinics, workshops, and non-heated classes, from Yin to Ashtanga. The Hot Flow sequence is the original fusion of Hot and Flow, silence, and modern top 40 music. For beginners and all levels, we open doors for fresh air throughout the class.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With its upbeat, interval-like training for the body, Glow Hot Flow sequence feels like a fun yoga boot-camp. Energy is drawn from everyone working together as a community, along with the instructor supporting, energizing, and offering modifications. The sequence does not change, but you change!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With 20 years experience teaching and supporting studios all around the world. Glow offers a hot flow sequence that has changed lives all over the world. This sequence heals, energizes, and transforms the body. Glow seeks to create a community, empower individuals, and allow students to feel amazing.

What do you love most about your job?
We love sharing the power of yoga and the healing effects it has on the body. The clarity it offers the mind, and the peace you experience in your heart. You sleep better, you look better, and you enjoy life better. That is why we love this job. It is not a job at all! It is a gift.
