What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Gaudenzia is one of the few residential substance abuse treatment programs that will allow single parents to bring their children to live with them during treatment. We also offer supportive living apartments to help families who have completed treatment start their new lives in recovery.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Golfers must be 18 years of age or older.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gaudenzia was founded in 1968 by a group of business, political, and community leaders who recognized that individuals suffering from alcohol and drug abuse were unable to find help. From humble beginnings in a single facility, Gaudenzia now has over 140 programs serving 20,000 clients annually.

What do you love most about your job?
Gaudenzia changes the lives of the clients in our programs, but that is just the beginning. We also help break the cycle for future generations by offering prevention programming for the children of our clients and providing a stable home for families as they transition into life in recovery.
