It was very good and relaxing

First, I'll say that the service I received from the technician was very good. However, the components of the service were not what I was expecting. The technician could not read or speak English. I think Chinese was her language. The voucher says to make an appointment, but you don't need one, really. The first time I "made" an appointment and showed up, there was no one available. The second time I called and asked if I could come in in 20 minutes and she said yes. The voucher was for a 60-minute reflexology massage with hot stones. A true reflexology treatment doesn't involve massage. It's pressure point therapy throughout the foot. What I got was a foot massage with reflexology points on the foot being massaged. The hot stones were used for about 3 minutes at the end of the hour. With no English-speaking workers, I probably won't come back.

Though the people were very friendly, language barrier kept me from being able to adequately communicate my needs. This massage was purchased through Groupon and halfway through the massage another woman came in the room, uncovered my face from the towel, and said she couldn’t process my payment. She wanted me to open the email right then. I explained it was my husband’s email but I would be happy to resolve this once the massage was complete (and I was no longer naked). Additionally, the person performing the massage left the room several times mid massage, leaving me exposed on my back side from the thighs on up, so she could get something or speak to someone and did not close the door. This made it very difficult to relax during the massage (which was the entire reason I went). My Groupon included a free add on. Through interpreter app on her phone, I selected aeromatherapy as the add on, but instead I received a himalayan salt scrub (which I had NOT asked for). Sadly, I will not return to this location.
