I love this bootcamp. The classes are high intensity and you really feel the workout. You can reserve your spot in whichever class works best for you using their app and the instructors are all super friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend!!

So thankful because it’s a great way to set your day up by working out with Tina. She’s amazing and positive and upbeat and just lovely. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants to change their lives. It’s exciting and fun and tough and challenging, and it makes you feel so good after you’ve accomplished a tough boot camp session. Go Tina.
