What’s one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
The first time you come to our school you will be welcomed by our staff. Please arrive 15 minutes before class so you and your children have enough time to prepare for practice. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the entire practice.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
GB worldwide vision: “Jiu-Jitsu for everyone.” We began this academy knowing that everyone is capable of learning BJJ and enjoying its many benefits. Our programs reflect more than thirty (30) years of Master Carlos Gracie ‘s teaching experience and we live to share the lifestyle with all we can.
What do you love most about your job?
The transformation! We see it in every single member: men, women, and children no matter what background they come from. Students gain social skills, self confidence, goal setting, focus, energy, and concentration that improve their daily lives at home, work, and school!!
