    Each one-hour boot-camp session blends exercises such as core conditioning, short-distance running, strength training, sport yoga, fitness kickboxing, and hiking. Boot-camp members are also eligible to register for complimentary yoga classes on Saturday. Boot-camp classes run from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
