The massage therapist gets 5 stars. The customer service gets 0 stars. The guy up front was terrible. He didn't want to honor the Groupon. Why sell the Groupons if you're going to treat people badly.

Called to make an appointment, but when we arrived, we weren't on the books (as a heads up, if you click the phone/call button on their website, it's a different business.) They were still able to accommodate us, which was appreciated, but massage was lackluster and masseuse had to leave randomly throughout to attend to the front door.

The phone number you used for reservation is not our store's phone number. We only have one reservation phone number, 512-704-5771. We have never seen the reservation phone number you asked me to see. I did not receive your reservation call, but I still arranged a massage for you when there was a vacancy. Because I did not receive your reservation to arrange a massage for you, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go out to receive guests. I am sorry for this. You purchased a 50-minute body massage, which does not include a foot massage. In short, I am very sorry that you did not leave satisfied. I apologize to you again.
