About Inner Light Yoga Studios
The certified yoga teachers at Inner Light Yoga Studios help children and adults of all levels of fitness practice a variety of poses. Its classes range from meditative yoga and yoga for teens to specialty workshops like teacher training and spring detox. Yoga, practiced well, can have a range of positive effects, from reducing muscle and joint pain to improving muscle tone and strength.
