Chef Falana Thomas crafts her tempting two-tiered desserts with four layers of cake and three layers of filling, resulting in moist, succulent goodness that grows exponentially with each forkful. Clients can choose from chocolate or vanilla cake with chocolate or vanilla icing, and cakes can be supplemented with a variety of cream fillings including lemon, raspberry, caramel, and coconut.
