Hi! I'm Carla! Originally licensed in 2003, I've dedicated my career to improving the lives of others through massage and holistic therapies.

Whether you are feeling pain, limited range of motion or movement, or are experiencing anxiety and stress; massage can help you achieve your wellness goals, and this is my purpose in creating Haven Holistic Studio.

Over 20 years of education, experience, and exploration, I've learned to listen to the body while working with the individual to unlock their own ability to relax and heal. Carla was amazing! I’ve been getting massages for years and she used techniques I’ve never had that were awesome. She also was very nice, very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Highly recommend!

The massage was amazing! It was a wonderful, calm, quiet atmosphere. Very relaxing. She is very knowledgeable about all different types of massages and was very helpful with stretches that I could do at home in between visits.

Carla was a fantastic masseuse. She provided excellent massage technique and wonderful relaxation techniques. I would recommend her to anyone for relaxation or healing.
