Hawkestone CrossFit is an inspiring place to be. That's because the 4,400-square-foot fitness facility hosts groups who sweat and strive together, supporting each other and besting their own personal records in ever-changing CrossFit sessions. It's a thoughtfully designed facility. Two rolling garage doors transform indoor workouts into half-outdoor workouts, and locker rooms give perspiring guests a chance to cool down with a shower after each session. Hawkestone's real specialness, however, comes from Elma, who lends talent and expertise to her CrossFit and team-training sessions.
