The ambiance is great and the music is soothing. However, Susan is the real star. She is so upbeat, cheerful and positive - she's just a joy to be around. She briefly inquires about your pains and your preferences and then begins. It is so relaxing that I'm always on the verge of falling asleep, it's that enjoyable. She loves her work and it shows.
