In office visit with our provider. If approved, you will receive 1 month supply of either semaglutide or tirzepatide which includes 4 syringes of prefilled doses. We will dispense the medication to you.

Basic lab work required. Please bring current lab work (within 1 year). If you don't have current labs, we can draw labs in house ($150 separate charge, not included in groupon price)

Please note that Semaglutide will not be prescribed to anyone with the following: BMI under 27, eating disorder, gallbladder disease, drug or alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, currently pregnant or breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, Diabetic retinopathy, Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma. Please note: Tirzepatide is recommended for individuals with a BMI of 30 or greater or a BMI of 27 with at least one weight-related condition (such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). Tirzepatide cannot be prescribed to anyone with the following and should not be purchased: Eating Disorder, Gallbladder Disease (does not include gallbladder removal), Drug & Alcohol Abuse, Recent Bariatric Surgery (within the past 6 months), Pancreatitis while taking a GLP-1 medication, or history of recurrent pancreatitis, Medullary Thyroid Cancer, Currently Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, Retinopathies (diseases of the retina), Type 1 Diabetes, Family/personal history of MEN2 syndrome, Serious gastrointestinal disorders, History of allergic reaction to Tirzepatide.
